"Found some energy from somewhere and saw the following thingsOff Spit Beach :

Black Throated Diver (3), Great Northern Diver (5), Wigeon (11) and Female Eider (2)Harbour Wall : Shag (2), Cormorant (1), Dunlin (15), Oystercatcher (21), Bar Tailed Godwit (1) and Turnstone (9)

Par Harbour : Dunlin (8), Cormorant (1), Grey Heron (2), Ringed Plover (6), Great Northern Diver (1) and Little Grebe (3)

Par Beach Pool : Tufted Duck (5), Teal (17), Lesser Black Backed (2), Turnstone (2), Snipe (1) and Common Gull (2)

Theres also a report on Cornwall Birding saying there were no less than 27 Velvet Scoter at Porthpean. I wonder if Roger could shed any light on this as seems quite a large number."
